Delivery
+Same Day Dispatch: Orders placed by 12 PM on weekdays will be dispatched the same day. Orders after 12 PM on Friday are shipped the following Monday.
Shipping Locations: We deliver across New Zealand only (no international shipping).
Free Delivery: Available for North Island Non-Rural areas only.
Order Requirements: No minimum order required; buy a single tyre or multiple sets.
Delivery Fees:
- North Island (Non-Rural): Free
- North Island (Rural): $8 per tyre
- South Island (Non-Rural): $10 per tyre
- South Island (Rural): Additional $8 per tyre
Delivery Timeframes: Estimated times are:
- North Island: 1-5 business days
- South Island: 3-10 business days
- Rural Addresses: Extra 1-3 business days
- Bay of Plenty, Waikato, Auckland: Many orders arrive within 1 business day
Pick-Up Option: Available at 31 Station Road, Te Puke:

- Orders are ready immediately after purchase

Manufacturer Warranty: New tyres purchased from Tyre Dispatch are covered under the specific warranty terms provided by each tyre manufacturer, which vary by brand and model. These warranties typically cover issues related to manufacturing defects or material faults.
Limitations: Manufacturer warranties may not cover certain types of damage, such as tread wear, punctures, or damage due to external factors.
Fitting & Balancing Warranty: We guarantee that all fitting and balancing services performed by Tyre Dispatch are completed with precision and care, free from workmanship defects. If you experience any issues with our fitting or balancing services, please contact us immediately, and we’ll work to resolve the matter.

Returns / Cancellation
+Return Process: If you need to return your tyres, please contact us first. Once returned and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (less any applicable freight costs).
Damaged Tyres: Although all our tyres are brand new, if any arrive damaged, contact us immediately for a full refund.
Incorrect Orders: If we’re at fault, you’ll receive a full refund. For returns due to incorrect sizing or a change of mind, we’ll offer a refund, but shipping costs may apply.
Order Cancellation: Please inform us promptly if you need to cancel. We’ll cancel and refund if the order hasn’t been dispatched; if it has, we’ll try our best to cancel the delivery and refund.
