Thank you for choosing Tyre Dispatch for your tyre needs. We are committed to providing convenient and cost-effective shipping options to ensure you receive your orders with ease. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions regarding our shipping services.
Same Day Dispatch:
Ensuring prompt fulfillment, all orders placed on weekdays before 12 pm benefit from our same-day dispatch service. Orders received after 12 pm on Friday will be processed with precision and dispatched promptly on the following Monday. We prioritize your satisfaction and are committed to delivering a seamless shipping experience for your convenience.
Shipping Locations:
We currently offer shipping services exclusively across New Zealand. Please note that international shipping is not available.
North Island Deliveries:
- For non-rural areas in the North Island, we are pleased to provide FREE DELIVERY on all tyre orders.
- For rural areas within the North Island, a shipping fee of $8.00 per tyre applies.
South Island Deliveries:
- For non-rural areas in the South Island, a shipping fee of $10.00 per tyre applies.
- For rural areas in the South Island, there is an additional shipping fee of $8.00 per tyre.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on your location. Here are our estimated delivery timeframes:
North Island: 1-5 business days
South Island: 3-10 business days
Additional 1-3 business days for rural addresses
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by factors outside of our control.
Courier Service
We use Toll as our couriers. You will start to receive tracking information once the order has been collected by Toll.
In-Store Fitting and Balancing:
We offer in-store fitting and balancing services at our physical location:
- Address: 31 Station Road, Te Puke, 3119, New Zealand.
Please note that our fitting and balancing services are available during our operating hours;
Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed

Order Requirements:
To be eligible for our shipping services, there is no minimum order requirement. You can purchase any quantity of tyres, whether you need a single tyre or multiple sets.
Return Shipping:
In the event of a tyre return, shipping costs for the return may apply based on the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide details on any applicable shipping charges during the return process.
Gift Vouchers:
Please note that gift vouchers can be applied to your purchases; however, they cannot be used to cover shipping costs. Shipping fees are separate from gift voucher usage.
Changes to Shipping Pricing:
